CELEBRATE SOCIAL WORKERS

On March 29. from 4-6 pm, the Northwest Action Alliance will celebrate social workers based in Germantown at Ubuntu Art Gallery in Germantown. BuildaBridge Teaching Artists will facilitate art-making workshops and musical performances to provide creative opportunities for self-care, creativity and hopefulness.
This was a wonderful tribute to social workers and the often-unseen impact they have on individuals and communities. I appreciated how you acknowledged both the challenges and the dedication involved in their work.
