The blurring of home and work make it difficult to eek out time for oneself to recharge and renew. We've seen the exhaustion and burnout in our front line COVID fighters and it's not only happening in the medical and human service field. The pressure and stress of living through a pandemic need to be met with creativity, imagination and hope...for all of us.

The Arts of Self-Care is two-hour interactive workshops that teaches a varying number of arts-based strategies to foster self-care. Participants complete the session by designing their own self-care plan.

BuildaBridge spent the last few months facilitating the Arts of Self-Care to human service providers in southeastern PA and now, we want to bring this workshop to an even broader audience.

If any of the ideas above resonate with you, please complete BuildaBridge's Arts of Self-Care Survey.

Read more about the workshop in the survey. We look forward to hearing from you.

- I enjoyed the various different modes of self-care through art. I felt like the flow of the workshop was great. Super trauma-informed!
