Achievement, BuildaBridge&amp;#39;s new after-school initiative, opens today at Second Baptist Church of Germantown.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Though a grant covers many of the costs, and the space is an incredible in-kind donation, there are still essentials to ensure quality programming for children living below the poverty line (Create!
