As an arts education organization, BuildaBridge only accepts arts or education related supplies. As an organization committed to justice and excellence, BuildaBridge only accepts new or good condition (clean and complete) used items. Our participants deserve the best and any donation should be made with their best interest in mind. It is our preference that any donation be pre-approved before being dropped off. We welcome:

Art supplies like paper, canvas, scissors, brushes, embellishments, pencils, colored pencils, markers, paints, etc. In general, raw materials are more useful than craft kits.
Education supplies like bound notebooks, large flip chart pads, microcopes, etc
- creative/learning toys like Legos or board games are occasionally needed - check first
Good condition magazines and arts related books (especially representing people of color/multicultural perspectives)
Good condition instruments
Digital cameras (still and video)

We do not accept:

General children’s toys
Specialized supplies for children under 5
Anything broken, damaged, or incomplete
Anything that would otherwise be thrown away
